La favorita is a historical vine of Roero. The characteristic of this wine is that in order to mature in the best way, and take on the typical “blond” color, it needs well-sunny soils. It is therefore obvious that in the dry, sandy and sunny hills of the Roero this grape finds its ideal habitat.

The peculiar notes of this wine, marketed under the name of "Langhe Favorita" (DOC since 1994), are the intensity and elegance of the aroma and taste, which make it quite distinguishable from other Piedmontese white wines.

Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, intense aromas of flowers and fresh fruit. On the palate, fresh citrus, rounder and softer finish.
