Halarà Sicilian Red | Halarà

Halarà Sicilian Red | Halarà

€21.00

Six friends came together to create this wine from a rare and mysterious Sicilian vine, the Parpato. Fermentation takes place partly from whole bunch grapes and partly from destemmed bunches, in steel vats. Spiced and peppery, this is unmistakeably a Mediterranean wine.

This wine is a hymn to friendship, its name in Greek means “to take it easy, go slow”, the motto defines the group’s friendship and approach to winemaking.

To be drunk "Halarà".
