   80% Chardonnay - 20% Pinot Noir
   This bottle is of unsettling elegance. Fine and silky, it gives a sip of fresh and very pleasant persistence. An intro into Nicola’s signature.

2. Quattrocento Extra Brut 40 Moons
   70% Chardonnay - 30% Pinot Noir
   Better suited for food pairing, as this Extra Brut has some power to release. Excellent with fish first courses, it also goes very well with crustaceans and crudités.

   This wine brings you deeply into Gussago’s terroir. Limestone aromas, notes of white flowers, and mineral hints shape the glass. To export in Champagne!
