From a fantastic 35-year-old Dolcetto vineyard exposed completely south, a wine is obtained that expresses wonderfully the olfactory sensations of the vine. Classic Piedmontese wine obtained with a traditional vinification with emerged cap at a relatively low temperature to preserve the primary aromas. After a short refinement in steel the following spring is bottled. Excellent to accompany the whole meal.

Colour: Clear ruby red.

Nose: The nose reveals a floral and fruity olfactory bouquet, which recalls in particular the violet, plum and black cherry.

Palate: The mouth continues on the tracks of smell, revealing itself balanced, of good structure, persistent and smooth in the drink.

Pairings: Ideal for the whole meal with the preparations of the earthy cuisine, it is also excellent with cheese. Try it with tender Bra.
